If your child IS attending Windy Gap, please complete the forms.

If your child IS NOT attending Windy Gap, please complete the Absence Notification Form. A reminder, students who do not attend the Windy Gap retreat on these dates will count as absences.

  • 8/22/25: Permission Form Due (if your child IS attending Windy Gap).
  • 9/12/25: All over the counter and prescription medications in a ziploc bag with the following information:
    • Students Name
    • Dosing Instructions
    • Original Bottle
  • Young Life Windy Gap requires all students to complete their consent form in order to attend the retreat. Young Life Windy Gap Consent Form. 

PARENT/STUDENT INFORMATION

To help you (students) prepare for the retreat, we’ve put together a packing list with all the essentials they’ll need for a fun, safe, and comfortable experience. Please review the list carefully and use it as a reference while packing, ensuring your student has everything required and leaves prohibited items at home.
