If you are interested in becoming an officer for the Parent Teacher Fellowship, kindly complete the PTF Officer Application Form. We appreciate your enthusiasm for joining the PTF. Should you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to me.

Your response to the PTF Commitment Statement acknowledges the responsibilities associated with being an engaged Board member and commit to diligently advancing the goals of PTF.

PTF Board Positions

The present PTF Officers convene on a monthly basis to organize and carry out various events. Although it requires a commitment of time, the experience is highly fulfilling. It's an excellent opportunity to participate actively! Discover the responsibilities and duties associated with each position on the PTF board.

PTF Officer Appointment

The PTF will host informational meetings each Fall for those interested in Officer roles, with the appointment process taking place in the Spring.

Individuals aspiring to become PTF Officers will need to complete an application form.

The PTF Officers will consult with school administration regarding all potential candidates. If chosen for the role, you will be required to sign a covenant indicating your dedication to the position. While preference is given to applicants who have previously volunteered at the school, such as serving as a Room Parent or Lunch volunteer, it is not mandatory.

All candidates for Officer positions must have previously been an At-Large Member before applying for an officer role. Once selected, the current officer holding that position will help train the new officer. Board Members will serve a term of two years and have the opportunity to seek re-appointment.
