Faculty & Staff
We currently have over 100+ faculty and staff here at SouthLake Christian. About 65% of our staff have, or are working toward, advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.). The Upper School has a College and Career Counseling Office and our Academic Development Center is dedicated to learning services and tutoring at all grade levels. A school nurse is on campus at all times.
Notably, SouthLake Christian's faculty and staff exhibit deep loyalty to the institution, with an average tenure of more than 12 years. Despite this continuity, the teachers consistently innovate in their instruction, curriculum, and assessments, frequently leveraging technology to deepen students' learning experiences.
