Nominations
Every spring semester, there is an announcement for Board nominations. Any parent, employee, or current Board member at SouthLake Christian is eligible to nominate a suitable candidate for Board Service.
Nominees will be invited to fill out a Board of Trustees Candidate Profile. Once completed, these profiles should be sent to both the Head of School and the Chair of the School Board. The most promising candidates might then be asked to interview with the Head of School and the Governance Committee of the Board, if considered necessary. Ultimately, the full Board of Trustees will make the final decision on appointments. Those chosen for Board membership will be required to undergo orientation and training to ready them for their roles.
If you are interested, or you would like to nominate someone for service, please fill out the Candidate Profile.
