After-School Care

SouthLake offers After-School Care for grades JK-8, to help meet the demands of busy families. In After-School, students are supervised by experienced part-time and full-time staff members who are dedicated to providing a safe, caring, and fun environment in a comfortable setting. Nutritious snacks are made available for all After-School Care students, and there is a designated homework time.

After-School Care is provided during the school academic calendar year. The program does not meet during designated school breaks (i.e., Teacher Workdays, Fall Break, Christmas Break, Easter Break, etc.).

There are two After-School Care options available:

OPTION 1. FAMILIES WHO NEED AFTER-SCHOOL CARE ON A CONSISTENT BASIS FOR THEIR CHILDREN

OPTION 2. FAMILIES WHO ONLY NEED AFTER-SCHOOL CARE ON AN OCCASIONAL BASIS

Parents will need to contact the Lower School office to fill out necessary paperwork. Parents need to notify the teacher which day they want to place their child into After-School Care. Parents can also call the Lower School office and request their child attend After-School Care for unexpected changes that occur during the day such as illness, appointments, or traffic delays.
