John Gary is the Head Coach for Boys Varsity Golf.  John has been the head coach for Boys Golf since 2008.  His children Jessica Gary and Hayden Gary graduated from SouthLake Christian in 2010 and 2014 respectively.  Also, you will find John volunteering at the SouthLake Christian Middle and High School Basketball games as the scoreboard operator. 

John is a retired Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Officer with 30 years in law enforcement.  He also was in the Marine Corps and served in Desert Storm. In his free time, John loves to golf, spend time with his wife, Lisa, visiting with friends, and enjoying walks with his Blue Heeler rescue dog, Elvis.
