Athletic Facilities

As SouthLake Christian Academy has experienced tremendous growth in its population and offerings in athletics, the facilities have also grown to keep pace. Our campus includes a main gymnasium that seats 750 for volleyball and basketball games and wrestling matches.

In 2014, we opened a field house with locker rooms, a weight room, a training room, coaches offices, and a classroom to provide space for all our athletic teams in their strength training and conditioning. The field house also has space for concessions and restrooms at the field level.

Our state-of-the-art turf field at Eagles Stadium was ready for action in the spring of 2013. The field allows a unique opportunity for soccer, lacrosse and football teams of all levels to improve their speed and level of play.

In 2015, SouthLake Christian also completed work necessary on a 3.1 mile cross country course on our beautiful property adjacent to Lake Norman.  Our new baseball complex, Eagles Park, was completed in fall 2019.  With a beautiful wooded backdrop, Bermuda infield/outfield grass, and a solar powered scoreboard, Eagles Park opened for Eagles' baseball play in 2020.
