Preparing Hearts and Minds for God’s Calling

Our College & Career Counseling program is designed to guide students through thoughtful post-secondary planning and goal setting throughout their Upper School years. We provide personalized support through aptitude, interest, and personality assessments, along with intentional college and career exploration. Students are introduced to a wide range of majors, career pathways, and post-secondary opportunities, including focused exposure to programs at colleges and universities both locally and beyond. Our team also walks alongside students and families through every step of the college search, application, and decision-making process.

Our College & Career Counseling program is delivered through a combination of classroom instruction, small group sessions, and individualized meetings. College and career readiness begins as early as middle school, where our School Counseling team helps students discover who God has created them to be. Through this foundation, students begin to identify their unique gifts, talents, and interests, and explore how those qualities align with future academic and career pathways as they progress through Upper School.

At its core, our College Counseling approach is rooted in support, growth, and purpose. We equip students to develop autonomy and self-advocacy while strengthening critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Through this process, students build resilience, cultivate a growth mindset, and confidently pursue the next steps in God’s calling for their lives.
