Admission Events

SouthLake Christian Academy offers a variety of opportunities to showcase our school for prospective students and parents. We want to help you get to know SouthLake and all that we have to offer in our academic, athletic, arts, student organizations and missions programs. Make plans to attend an Open House or call to set up a private tour, student shadowing or parent observation day. We invite you to take advantage of these opportunities to get to know us better!

Open Houses

Open Houses are held during the fall and spring for prospective students and parents. During the Open Houses, you will have the opportunity to meet the Headmaster, Principals from each school (Lower TK-2, Lower 3-5 , Middle and Upper), teachers, and students. You will also have the opportunity to take a campus tour and learn about the exciting experiences your child can have at SouthLake Christian Academy.

Private Tours

Parents are welcome to schedule a private school tour and visit our classrooms on an individual basis. Visits can be arranged Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Your visit will include a meeting with the Headmaster, a tour of the campus, and an overview of our schools academics, athletic, arts, student organizations and missions programs. Please call our admissions office to schedule an appointment.

Student Shadowing

SouthLake Christian's Student Shadowing Day is available for all prospective students in grades 3-12. Student Shadowing is designed to give prospective students the opportunity to spend the day attending classes with a current student in his or her current grade. This is a great opportunity for students to meet others and to explore the culture, environment and exciting experiences at SouthLake. Students will participate in all classroom activities including academics and specials such as art, foreign language, physical education, and music during their time with us.

Parent Observation

Prospective students' parents have the opportunity to observe various classrooms and school events. A Parent Observation Day encompasses visits to several classrooms, a meeting with the headmaster, an overview of the school, and time for a conversation and questions.
