Achievements through our Accelerated Curriculum

At SouthLake Christian Academy, we emphasize academic rigor utilizing an excellent, college preparatory Biblically-integrated curriculum. Each classroom is energized by a challenging and supportive environment. Smaller class sizes enable our talented and certified instructors to provide individual attention and to encourage students to perform at their highest level.

The results of national standardized tests are indicative of our students' success. SouthLake Christian Academy students have consistently averaged 40% higher than the national norm on Stanford Achievement Tests, 30 percentile points higher than other top US private schools on the elite ERB standardized test and over 200 points higher on SAT scores.

SouthLake students also earn top honors in academic competitions such as the National Spelling Competition, Word Masters, Math Olympics and the National Council on Economics competitions. Over 50% of our fourth through seventh graders qualify to participate in the academic Duke University Talent Identification Program.

SouthLake's past graduates include National Merit Scholar recipients as well as commended National Merit Scholarship designees.

Generally, 100% of our graduates pursue their education beyond the secondary level and have been admitted into the nation's top public and private colleges and universities including: The US Air Force Academy, the US Military Academy at West Point, the US Naval Academy, Yale, UNC-Chapel Hill, Duke, Davidson, Wake Forest, Virginia and many more.
